E-mail us a full proposal regarding your exhibition or promotion including a floor plan / layout of exhibition, product description, what the aim of the promotion or exhibition is, advertising in support of the promotion and what will be the activities on the stand.

Once you have confirmed dates, we will need your certificate of public liability that covers you outside your normal premises.

Proposals can be faxed through on (044) 693-0965 e-mailed to mbmalladmin@gmail.com or delivered to the Centre Management marked for the attention of Jo-Ann Havenga.

A promotion or exhibiton is only confirmed on receipt of full payment prior to the event.

A promotion or exhibition is only confirmed once the exibition agreement has been signed by the exhibitor and is in possession of the Centre management.

All exhibitions must be carpeted, rate R15.00 excl. vat per square meter per week.

All exhibitions run from Tuesday - Monday (7days) unless otherwise stipulated.

Tailored packages and discounted rates for regular exhibitions to suit individual needs and exposures can also be discussed.
